Vivo X90 Pro Launched with 120Hz Display, 32MP Front Camera : Price, Specifications

On Tuesday, November 22, Vivo launched the X90 Series in China. There are three devices in this series, Vivo X90, Vivo X90 Pro, and the Vivo X90 Pro+. The new X90 series brings a ton of improvements, Zeiss branded cameras and Vivo's V2 chip for image processing. Vivo X90 and Vivo X90 Pro are powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC, whereas the Vivo X90 Pro is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. Vivo X90 Pro Specifications:-

Vivo X90 comes with a 6.78 inch 120Hz AMOLED panel, with a resolution of 1260x2800 pixels. The screen-to-body ratio of the display is 93.53 percent and has a 20:09 aspect ratio. The display also has DCI-P3 color gamut support. Vivo X90 Pro runs on OriginOS 3, based on Android 13, and has dual nano SIM support. The device is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC, which is an octa-core processor, based on a 4nm process, the processor is coupled with G715 GPU, and has up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM.

Now let's talk optics, Vivo X90 Pro comes with a triple camera setup on the back, a primary Zeiss branded 50MP 1-inch f/1.75 sensor, a  secondary 50MP 50mm f/1.6 sensor, and a 12MP ultra wide angle f/2.0 sensor. We also have a 32MP f/2.45 sensor at the front for taking beautiful selfies. 

Taking about the internal storage, X90 Pro has upto 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage support. On the connectivity front, there's support for 5G, Wi-Fi 6, GPS, Bluetooth V5.3, NFC, and there's a USB Type-C port for charging. There's also support for all kinds of sensors, including an ambient light sensor, accelerometer, ambient color temperature sensor, gyroscope, e-compass, IR blaster, Ultrasonic distance sensor, and a laser focus sensor. Furthermore, for biometrics there is a fingerprint sensor as well. The device also comes with an IP68 dust and water resistance rating.

Vivo X90 Pro packs a 4870 mAh battery, with 120W of wired fast charging support and can also wirelessly charge at 50W. Vivo claims, that the X90 Pro can charge from 0-50 percent in just eight minutes. The device weighs 214.85g and measures 164.07x 74.53x9.34mm.

Vivo X90 Pro Price:-

The Vivo X90 Pro starts at CNY 4999, which converts to roughly Rs. 57000, for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. The 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option costs CNY 5499 (around Rs. 6200), and the maxed out 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variant comes with a price tag of CNY 5999 (roughly Rs. 68000).

The X90 Pro is available in two color options: Original Black and China Red. The Vivo X90 Pro is available for pre-order now and will go on sale starting on December 6 in China.
