Vivo X90 Launched with 120Hz Display, 32MP Front Camera : Price, Specifications

On Tuesday, November 22, Vivo launched the X90 Series in China. There are three devices in this series, Vivo X90, Vivo X90 Pro, and the Vivo X90 Pro+. The new X90 series brings a ton of improvements, Zeiss branded cameras and Vivo's V2 chip for image processing. Vivo X90 and Vivo X90 Pro are powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC, whereas the Vivo X90 Pro is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. Vivo X90 Specifications:-

Vivo X90 comes with a 6.78 inch 120Hz AMOLED panel, with a resolution of 1260x2800 pixels. The screen-to-body ratio of the display is 93.53 percent and has a 20:09 aspect ratio. The display also has DCI-P3 color gamut support. Vivo X90 runs on OriginOS 3, based on Android 13, and has dual nano SIM support. The device is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC, which is an octa-core processor, based on a 4nm process, the processor is coupled with G715 GPU, and has up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM.

The Vivo X90 houses a triple camera setup on the back, the primary one is a 50MP sensor with an aperture of f/1.75, a 12MP 50mm portrait lens, with an aperture of f/1.98, and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens having an aperture of f/2.0. Talking about the front, there's a 32MP shooter with an aperture of f/2.45. And of course, all the devices have Vivo's V2 chip for image processing.

Now talking about the storage, the X90 comes with up to 512GB of UFS4.0 storage. On the connectivity front, there's support for 5G, Wi-Fi 6, GPS, Bluetooth V5.3, NFC, and there's a USB Type-C port for charging. There's support for all kinds of sensors, including an ambient light sensor, accelerometer, ambient color temperature sensor, gyroscope, e-compass, IR blaster, and Ultrasonic distance sensor.

It packs a 4810 mAh battery with 120W of fast charging support. Vivo claims that the battery has 22 days of standby time on a single charge. The weight of the device is 196g and the physical dimensions are 164.10x74.44x8.48mm. 

Vivo X90 Price:-

The pricing for the base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant starts at CNY 3699, which converts to around Rs. 42000. The 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant is priced at CNY 3999 (around Rs. 45000), and the 12GB + 256GB variant costs CNY 4499 (around Rs. 51000). There's one more high end 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variant, priced at CNY 4999 (around Rs. 57000).

There are three color options Original Black, China Red, and Ice Blue. The Vivo X90 is available for pre-order now and will go on sale starting on December 6 in China.
