As u all know that ES File Explorer is the most famous file explorer/manager for android smartphones. It is probably the best file manager available on playstore. Alike other
file managers ES File Explorer also offers you a lot of various facilities like editing, renaming, copying, moving, etc. Igt have many unique features than other file managers for android. If you are new with this file manager then dont worry here in this post i am gonna write about how to use ES File Explorer.
As this guide is specially for newbie's so i am dividng it into two parts First one is for simple (non-root) users and other is for professional (root) users.
How to use ES File Explorer as an simple and better file manager ?
ES File Explorer is very attractive, full of features, and easy to use for our daily use like copying, moving, deleting, renaming, etc....
Now suppose you have saved any file somewhere but you have forget its location so you can directly search anything from it by clicking on the search icon as shown below
Here's a special feature in ES File Explorer named as 'Windows'. Slide across left from right to go to the windows by this u can easily navigate directly to many folders at once
You can rename the name of any file song video app or any document by jst clicking on the icon as shown below
You can also delete any file, folder or anything directly by selecting that particular file n by clicking on delete icon as shown below
Now here comes the final part how to copy, move or select all.
Just click on the three dot (on right corner above)

Now you'll see a drop down menu where there will be options like select all, select none, copy to, move to, send, properties n so, scrool down for many other options also.
How to use ES File Explorer as a root explorer-
This feature can only be used by them whose device are rooted.

Steps to enable root explorer:-
• Your phone must be rooted and you must have ES File Explorer installed
• Open ES File Explorer
• Slide across right from left
• You will see a menu, there you will see a option named as "root explorer" enable it
• After enabling it ES File Explorer will ask super su permissions allow it
